Patrons must complete B.U.S. (Basic Use and Safety) orientation before working in the Makerspace on their own. Check our calendar for our next class to earn your B.U.S. pass.

Available Equipment and Technology
Cricut Maker
A Cricut is a cutting tool that can be used for many different applications – from paper crafts to T-shirts and much more. We provide the machine, Design Space software, mats, cutting blades, and tools. Please bring your materials and any preferred tools.
Digitization Station
Preserve family memories by turning home movies, photos, and recordings into digital files. You can convert VHS, cassettes, records, prints, slides, and negatives.
Microfilm Scanner
The Library’s ScanPro 3000 is an on-demand reader, printer, and scanner for research, and a conversion scanner for roll film and fiche.
Poster Printer
Prints up to 24 in (W) by 36 in (L) with a choice of paper finishes:

3D Printers
The Library has two 3D printers available for use. Access design files or design your own. Print models, spare parts, home decor, and much more. 3D printed objects cost 5 cents per gram, based on the item’s final weight as measured by library scales.
