This adorable book shows just how big a little one’s imagination can be even with just a box to play with!
This story time is brought to you by Ms Kat. Today’s stories are “Five Little Ducks” and “Moo Bird” Both of theses great books are Scholastic Books.
Five Little Ducks is for children 2 yrs and younger. It has beautiful illustration to keep your child’s attention, and focuses on counting and rhyme, bringing in sound effects for a well rounded story.
Moo Bird is for children 3 years and older. This story also has beautiful illustration with fun pictures to keep your child’s attention and allows for the reader to ask questions of what sound each animal makes. Provides for some back and forth dialogue between the reader and those being read to. Parents will be happy to see there is some letter recognition and word recognition also. The end makes for a happy ending and demonstrates friendship and shows how two very different beings can be friends.
